Price Guide

Home Checks:

1. $300 per month within 15 minutes of Jackson 0 to 4000 sq ft ($69 per week)
2. $380 per month within 15 minutes of Jackson 4,001 to 7,500 sq ft ($88 per week)
3. $430 per month within 15 minutes of Jackson 7,501 sq ft & up ($99 per week)
4. Add $1.50 per mile for homes 16 to 45 minutes from Jackson (for miles above 16)
5. Add $1.75 per mile for homes 46 to 90 minutes from Jackson (for miles above 16)
6. $25 for each addition structure … under 1000 sq ft (guest house, storage, pool house etc…)
7. $35 for each additional structure … 1,001 to 2,500 sq ft
8. $45 for each additional structure … 2,501 to 5,000 sq ft
   

Residential Patrol:

1. $160 per month for: Level 1 Package, weekly from Vehicle
2. $200 per month for: Premier Package, weekly exterior on foot
3. $1200 per month for: Daily Premier Package, on foot.
   

Subdivision Patrol:

1. $1500 plus total lots in subdivision times $6 per month (Daily vehicle patrol)

Hourly for Professional Caretaking Services (2-hour min):

1. $60 if scheduled at least 72 hours in advance and duties are on weekdays
2. $90 if scheduled at least 72 hours in advance and duties are on weekends
3. $125 for immediate assistance (Less than 72 hours notice)
4. $8 for phone calls made or received separate from above working times between 7am & 7pm
5. $16 for phone calls made or received separate from above working times between 7pm & 7am
6. Weekends are considered: (Friday 5pm to Mon 8am)

Service Provider management:

1. $60 hourly for on-site supervision if scheduled at least 72 hours in advance & duties are on weekdays
2. $60 hourly for on-site supervision if scheduled at least 72 hours in advance and duties are on weekends
3. 10% 10% of subcontractor's invoice amount for jobs over $1000 plus phone calls & hourly
4. 20% 20% of subcontractor's invoice amount for jobs under $999 plus phone calls & hourly

Alarm Response and Key Holder Service:

1. $35 per month - Primary Keyholder (This fee is to be "on call" for your alarm.)
2. $25 per month - Secondary Keyholder (This fee is to be "on call" for your alarm.)
3. $90 Alarm response - with 15 minutes of Jackson, travel expenses added for over 16 minutes.

Travel Expenses:

1. $1.50 per mile for properties 16 to 45 minutes from Jackson
2. $1.75 per mile for properties 46 to 90 minutes from Jackson
3. Outside of Jackson fly coach class, Shepard's choice rental car, 3 to 4 star hotel, meals reimbursement

Training & Consulting Services: Determined on a case by case basis, typically $90 to $175 per hour

Basic Background Investigations: $375

Advanced Background Investigations: Determined on a case by case basis

24/7 Security: $52,000 per month (Includes armed guard, vehicle & basic equipment)

Executive Protection:

1. $125 for Shepard Humphries in Jackson. (Additional $70 per hour + expenses for out of town or after 1800 hours & weekend)
2. $90 for off-duty peace officers in Jackson. (Additional $30 per hour + expenses for out of town)
3. (Additional 10% coordination fee is charged for off-duty officers scheduling, etc) Prices are for work scheduled at least 1 week in advance.
4. Unless agreed upon otherwise, all shifts require payment for a 10-hour minimum.
5. Any shift cancelled within 7 days of the shift must be paid at a 10-hour minimum

Security Services: Determined on a case by case basis

1. Generally $75 per hour per agent
